Way of working

All about Talent consultancy applies a 3 phased approach:

  1. Orientation, analysis and confirmation
  2. Development advice / work order
  3. Implementation / execution

Orientation, analysis and confirmation

  • During a first meeting AaT and the client explore the issue, its context and the mission
  • On the basis of the information obtained, AaT makes an analysis of the situation and draws up a first talent plan, including an indicative cost budget
  • The proposal will be discussed with the client, amended as appropriate and signed. AaT confirms the agreed arrangements by letter or mail.

Development advice / work order

  • A definitive advice and plan of action will be developed in consultation with the client.
  • AaT offers a detailed work order (what, with whom, when, milestones etc. )
  • Herewith the advisory phase is completed.

Implementation / execution

  • Further services regarding implementation will be covered in a separate agreement.
  • AaT's preferred way of working is to engage a team consisting (mainly) of line managers and professionals from within the company for implementation/execution
  • On the basis of an agreement reached, AaT guides the implementation, monitors progress and reports to the client.

Evaluation

Evaluation can take place in all stages of the process. With regard to the delivered advice as well as after implementation/execution. How did the client experience the services? Has the mission succeeded? Have the goals been met?
