Marjan Schneider has her professional roots in executive search. From there, over the last 20 years, she has specialized in talent management and leadership development, working in senior HRD positions at A.T. Kearney, HEMA BV and CSM NV. She thus gained a broad experience, in Dutch and international contexts, in (commercial) services, retail and industrial organizations. AaT can rely on an extensive network of HR and TM professionals if appropriate.
