An initiative by Marjan Schneider

Marjan Schneider has her professional roots in executive search. She specialized in talent management and leadership development, working in senior HRD positions at A.T. Kearney, HEMA BV and CSM NV. She thus gained a broad experience in Dutch and international contexts, in (commercial) services, retail and industrial organizations. Marjan founded AaT in 2010 and had the privilege to work with a series of engaging and valued clients in different branches. AaT can rely on an solid network of HRD professionals and coaching specialists if appropriate.

Marjan is member of the Executive Coaching circle of NOBCO/EMCC (Dutch Order of Professional Coaches/European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and is registered since 2011 as certified Career Counselor in the professional register of NOLOC (Dutch Order of Outplacement and Career coaches).

Marco Bijl's team is a network of independant professionals who advise and support organizations with questions regarding Interim management and HR Consultancy. As associate of Bijl Consultancy, I focus on talent and leadership development, executive coaching and career guidance. We stand for results in HR management and development.
