Marjan Schneider has her professional roots in executive search. She specialized in talent management and leadership development, working in senior HRD positions at A.T. Kearney, HEMA BV and CSM NV. She thus gained a broad experience in Dutch and international contexts, in (commercial) services, retail and industrial organizations. Marjan founded AaT in 2010 and had the privilege to work with a series of engaging and valued clients in different branches.
