These analyses are the starting point for development processes, whether it is a personal process, a team process or an organization-wide process. For example, the Discover Motivators and Talent analysis are an excellent follow-up to\u00a0Insights<\/strong>\u00a0behavioral analyses<\/p>

      Managers who want to maximize the talent output of their employees<\/strong>\u00a0and therefore want to gain more insight into their talents and motivators, can use Discover analyses as a tool that 'manages' expectations of everyone involved, saves a lot of time and provides direction for investments.
